Born from a deep family legacy that has elevated the art of carpentry, Waggoner Custom Homes builds high-end, luxury homes that redefine coastal living. Starting as true apprentices in carpentry, the Waggoner Brothers have become a sought-after duo among custom home-builders. 

For the past 14 years they have put indelible stamps on the construction landscape, including their iconic Coastal Living Idea House finished in 2015.

Today, the brothers focus their efforts on Cinnamon Shore, the master-planned, mixed-use development bordering the Gulf of Mexico on the east and Corpus Christi Bay on the west.
